WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Dream up, prototype, test, break, and rebuild innovative new building material products.
• Create smart solutions for common industry headaches (and a few uncommon ones).
• Lead R&D initiatives and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to bring your ideas to life.
• Play in our plant (yes, really), stress test your wildest concepts, and refine them until they’re market-ready.
• Help us build the future; faster, stronger, and smarter.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A creative problem solver who lives at the intersection of invention and application.
• Experience in product development, materials science, construction, or MacGyver-like DIY engineering.
• Bonus points if you’ve filed patents, built prototypes, or made something totally weird that actually worked.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty or pitch your boldest ideas in a boardroom.
